This document explains the terms that govern use of CVSO spaces, services and the cvso.com.au website. Read these terms before using any service or visiting a CVSO location.

CVSO operates at Applecross (Canning Bridge), Canning Vale and Victoria Park (with Inherent Spaces). Services include coworking, private serviced offices, dedicated desks, virtual office services, meeting/training rooms and on-site admin/IT support.
Using CVSO services, visiting a location, or using the website means you accept these Terms. A separate signed agreement (for example a lease or bespoke service contract) can override these Terms where it explicitly conflicts.
Clients must use facilities lawfully and professionally, respect other members and staff, and avoid disruptive, unsafe or illegal activity. House rules and building rules apply. CVSO may refuse access for serious breaches.
Bookings can be made online, via CVSO admin, or under a signed agreement. Access hours depend on your service and location; after-hours access may be available where contracted. Shared areas are not exclusive unless the contract says so. Availability may vary by location.
Fees are set out in published price lists or in your agreement. CVSO accepts the payment methods shown at time of booking or in the agreement. Billing cycles and due dates are in the agreement; late payments may lead to suspension of services. Deposits or bonds apply where stated.
CVSO handles mail per your instructions. We are not responsible for the contents of mail. Identification may be required for collection. Forwarding, scanning and storage limits may apply. You must keep your business details accurate for mail and listings.
Bookings must follow the room rules and cancellation terms. Treat AV and furniture with care. You are liable for damage caused by your group or guests; reasonable cleaning fees may apply.
You are responsible for any keys or access devices issued to you. Report loss immediately. Replacement or rekeying costs may be charged. Do not duplicate or share devices without permission.
CVSO takes reasonable care in providing services, but use of facilities is at your risk. CVSO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Clients must maintain their own insurance for people and property. CVSO is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property on site.
Personal information is handled according to CVSO's Privacy Policy (see [email protected]). We collect and use personal data to provide services and communications; see the Privacy Policy for details.
CVSO may suspend or end services for serious breaches or non-payment. Clients may end services following notice periods set out in their agreement.
CVSO may update services or these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when published on cvso.com.au. Significant changes will be notified where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of WA courts.
